Marketing Specialist, BEE

The Marketing Specialist isresponsible forsupporting the Managing Director, Marketing on a variety of marketing projects for the Babson Executive Education (BEE) division of the college. Specificallyresponsible for managing the development of crosschannel marketingcampaigns for Executive Education openenrollment and custom programs that are targeted to working professionals, corporations, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Keyresponsibilities span across strategic research, marketing plan development, creative execution, and analytics. Activitiessupportrevenue goals for BEE by driving leads and registrations for programs. Develops, revises, and updates cross channel integrated marketing plans that drive leads and registrations. Tactics span across email, content marketing, paid search, display, paid social, and direct mail. Partners with a variety of BEE stakeholders, including program team members, business development, faculty and the Dean in the development of marketing plans and materials. Collaborates with the Managing Director, creative, content, and operations teams in developing marketing materials including brochures, emails, landing pages, and videos that align with the needs of BEE and the College. Maintains the BEE section of the website by making content updates, leading redesign projects and ensuring added content is connected to other systems and programs as needed. Creates and manages segmented email campaigns. End-to-end responsibilities include updating and managing an editorial calendar, writing emails, building emails, developing testing plans, pulling data files, sending the emails through Constant Contact, and reporting out on performance and optimization recommendations. Creates, manages and updates campaigns, lists and reports in the Salesforce CRM and Constant Contact. Conducts competitive research and develops insights to differentiate and improve BEE positioning, marketing materials and programs. Day-to-day point of contact with the advertising agency attending status meetings and reporting calls, giving feedback on creative and media plans and managing billing. Evaluates agency analytics reports and identifies actionable insights. Provides reporting regarding electronic and print mailings as needed. Develops social media content and performs community management duties for social mediachannels, including posting content, engaging with followers and addressing customer service issues. Manages relationships and hires outside vendors including photographers, brochure print vendors and other vendors as needed. Coordinates logistics for BEE's presence at on- and off-campus events and conference sponsorships. Maintains budgetreport to track all marketing expenses, coordinating with external vendors and finance. Assume additional responsibilities as required. Educational Requirements: Minimum Level of Education Required                 Bachelor's Degree Position Knowledge/Skills & Abilities Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Independent decision-making and problem solving skills, solutions oriented. Creative and curious mindset. Experience writing and creating digital content for emails and social media. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and embrace challenges. Must be comfortable working with a variety of web-based technology applications such as WordPress, Salesforce, Jira, WebEx, and marketing automation tools. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to work in a high-paced, energetic academic environment. Able to work with ethnically, culturally, and socially diverse students, staff, faculty, and other constituencies. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Envisions and proposes new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; takes thoughtful risks; and accepts new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
